We, as a Family and General Dentist, will submit all insurance claims for you and will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits. Please be aware that the responsibility of payment is ultimately with the patient or responsible party/ policyholder. Your insurance coverage is between you and your employer not this office and insurance carrier. Most insurance will provide us with an estimate of benefits but this is not a guarantee of payment.
